Our mission is to create Conservative policies for our future constituents. These are the Conservative Values that we believe in that could possibly become Legislative Policies upon entering office. Hardwork from listening to you has allowed these values to become reality should Lea C.S. Simmons become your next Texas State Representative. She will fight for these following issues. These issues are all part of the Texas 76 Agenda.

*The U.S. Constitution/The Texas Constitution Study Act 

of Equal Representation Clause pertaining to the right of liberty, freedom, and justice. Speech/religion/equal rights/protection/education/economic growth/health are all basic necessities to a balanced life.

*The Bill of Rights/Texas Bill of Rights Clause for Legal Citizenship/Homeless and Hopeless/Veterans/Disabled/Paid Dues to Society by Due Process of the Law and Identification through a Clean Bill of Action Clause to identify citizens/legalized citizens that have been honest in actions and parole/guardianship/just need the help to survive. Help that is provided to introduce people back into society with equal pay and voting rights.

*The Declaration of Texas Independence History Day Act

*The Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. and Texas Flag in Public Functions Act/Freedom of Speech Resolution.

*Pro-Life/Christian Family Values Amendments to Not use Abortion Tactics to Save Lives.

*Sanctity of Life/Birth and Burial Bill of Rights by improving Health and Life Insurance.

*Sanctity of Marriage or Common Law/Clause of Amendment for Protection of Right to Protect Family and Property under Family Name Before and After Marriage/Divorce.

*Sanctity of Remaining as God Intended Clause for all Ages. Stop Silencing Families is a Resolution to protect Christian homes and families from Attacks and Bullying/ Not wanting Nonbiblical/ Sex/Transgender words /Topics of Sex in Public Schoolbooks.

*The Right to Bear Arms/Second Amendment/Safety Resolution for Adults and Law Officers, Schools, Churches, and Public Places.

*Strong National Defense/Texas Border Patrol and Military Protection Bill. Keeping Texans Safe Resolution to create help for protecting all Texans from cartel, sex trafficking, drugs, civil war on the Border, and terrorist threats from other nations/countries. Texas family lives will be safe from harm, and it will create access to better security.

*Border Security/Unity of National Defense Resolution that include all levels of law officers, attorneys, commissioners, and judges. It also includes allies in the Texas Freedom Coalition.

*Limited Government/Texas Budget Protection Bill of Rights called Budget-care/Basic Taxation per population and family. A Home/Economic/Saving Insurance plan for Texans. Help for all Texans that are on tight budgets and want to balance bills by getting better jobs, education, and having less taxation provided to them because of starting late in life due to family or natural disaster hardship and family illnesses or deaths. The homeless, the veterans, and disabled will not be forgotten. We will work on a plan for them as well to find them the help that they need.

*Balanced Budget/Fiscal Responsibility for Small Businesses, Vocational, Technical, Computer, Hospitality, Entrepreneurs.

*Strong Economy for the Future of Texas Families Initiative Act that has at the forefront a Coalition of Inventers, Engineers, Scientists, and Investers to stabilize Texas economy for years to come.

*On the Job Training Vocational/Technical/Agriculture Schooling for all Ages/Veterans/Retired/Pastors/Teachers Initiative that includes resumes, references, and job searching. Unions for workers that enter into the field of factory and trade work, mechanical, shop, and computer engineering. Farmers, ranchers, teachers, pastors, semi-retired workers, and veterans as well, are included. Hairstylists and Retail/Beauty Industry/Craft/Hospitality/Hotel/Real Estate/Interior Design/Restaurant/Entertainment (Clean); also, will be added to the list of trade workers in the Trade Economic Bill that will be presented to Washington D.C., as part of the Brayden Bill to create job protection in all dangerous work climates and trade skill training/work related accidents without job/mental/health/life insurance. Family members that want to be included as part of the family business where they are included in the same line of work before or after living/deceased family member moves on are included in the Family Union Bill. "Keep Texas Jobs in Texas" will be presented in Texas at the Texas State Capitol.

*Lower Taxes for Homeowners versus Landowners/New and Homestead Bound/Renter Bill of Rights Amendment.

*Energy Independence/Oil and gas/Clean Air Action/Energy Efficiency/Water Bill of Rights. A safer source of energy for Texas citizens that live near wastelands/polluted air/water, chemical plants/oil and gas to protect themselves from illnesses created by pollution, fumes, and chemicals. Landowners that are ranchers/farmers/miners/private landowners that want a chance to create self-source of reliance to create safety or economic growth with the current, potential, or future sources of energy allocated to them.

*Religious Freedom Class Action as Elective Bill in School, Colleges/Junior Colleges, Universities, Public and Private School, Homeschool, or Religion Related Classrooms/Homeschools/Private Schools to study or get College Credit/Certificate Pertaining to a Degree, Work or Volunteer Capacities of New/Extended Education.

*Freedom of Speech/Children's versus Parents' Bill of Rights Second Resolution extended to Single Parents, Stepparents', and Grandparents' Act, The Standing with Texas Parents' Act, Working with Texas Parents Clause of Action.

*School of Action Act/Stay-at-Home Action Resolution to provide tutors/afterschool/homeschool programs that create extended pay by the school system by paying teachers'/parents' part-time/full-time pay to educate themselves and their children/community related or not to grow awareness of a failure of clean education as expressed in a Clean Education Bill/Denouncement of Unclean Actions that denounces teaching of grownup topics/transgender/ or any other unsafe practice of unclean education in Kindergarten to High School. The Keeping Texas Children Safe Bill promotes proper child identification since birth to be enacted to biological boys and girls during their tenure throughout time in school.

*Freedom of Speech to Remain True to Cultural Language/English Act/Speech Classes for School and Work. 

*Election Integrity/Campaign Privacy Act Pertaining to an Order of Cease and Desist Involving Campaign Bullying/Identification/Voter's Registration as a Law-Abiding Citizen. Legal Counsel Coalitions will be also, part of the Initiative to protect elections at all levels of governing.

*Social Media/E-mail Advertisements that Impose, Slander, and use Bullying or Terrorism/Robocalls Prevention Act that pertains to all ages and all forms of advertisement that are personal/public/business/church related. 

*The Power of Prayer for All Nations/Texas Abrahamic Accord Resolution.

*School Choice/Freedom to Educate at Home Amendment/Equal Education Clause will be introduced to all that are interested in the House and Senate as a bipartisan Bill of Immediate Action.

*Stop Masking Us/Medical Freedom of Privacy Act/Doctor's Coalition Amendment for the Betterment of Immunization/Education/Medicine/Pharmaceuticals/Doctor visitations/Hospital and Health Insurance, for All Ages.

*Healthcare/Mental Healthcare for All Texans Act despite political side, economic status, national origin, culture, age, biological sex, religion, health/mental/addictive conditions, or health insurance. Includes veterans and widow/ers, and only legalized citizens.  You Are Not Alone and Concerned Veterans of Fort Bend are two initiative clauses for future Bills about Extended Healthcare/Mental Healthcare/Childcare.

*Power grid/Utility Deferment of Surcharges/Flat Payment for Utility/Solar Power Emergencies/Monthly Payment Resolution for all ages with/without work.

*Pets' Protection Bill of Rights Resolution to increase awareness of animal cruelty in pet shelters.

*Elders' Bill of Rights Amendment to protect elder abuse in hospitals, facilities, and at work and is extended to veterans.

*Disaster Awareness/Infrastructure/Protection of Texas Historical Land and Homes, Nature, Lakes, Wildlife, Parks, and Texas Bluebonnets Bill of Rights to report to all levels of government that impending road, ditches, freeways, lights, stop signs, road signs, walkways, and cross-sections are not up to code or safety measures. Protection from land-grabbing outer sources, whether foreign or company based. Entitlement of Concerned Citizens of Texas to protect the great Lonestar State; to keep Texas clean/recycle/reuse/recreate and raise awareness of land/trash sites for a cleaner and safer environment.
